Total Bilirubin Serum Test
The total bilirubin serum test is a blood test used to measure the total amount of bilirubin present in the blood. Bilirubin is a yellow pigment that results from the breakdown of hemoglobin in old red blood cells. Bilirubin levels can provide information about liver function and potential problems related to the liver, gallbladder, or other medical conditions.
