A comprehensive cardiac examination is a detailed assessment of the heart and cardiovascular system's health, involving several specialized tests and procedures such as:

  • Electrocardiography
  • Echocardiography
  • Doppler ultrasound of extracranial and intracranial vessels
  • Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for up to 24 hours
  • Ambulatory Holter monitoring for up to 24 hours
  • Consultation with a cardiologist

Electrocardiogram (ECG) - a cardiac test aimed at determining the heart rate (heartbeats).

ECG Holter is a small device that allows monitoring of heart activity for 24 hours, both during the day and at night. Subsequently, return to the clinic, and the doctor will remove the device and provide you with the results of the investigation within 30-40 minutes.

Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring using the TA Holter allows measuring blood pressure for 24 hours, during both day and night, at regular intervals. After 24 hours, return to the clinic, and the doctor will download all the information into the computer for later analysis. The investigation results will be provided to you within 10-15 minutes on the same day.

Echocardiography allows the study and visualization of cardiac structures (cavities, valves, muscles), parameters defining both contraction and relaxation function of the heart. Two-dimensional imaging results are obtained, as well as Pulsed and Continuous Wave Doppler, Color Doppler, Tissue Doppler, post-processing, CD included.
