Many gynecological conditions can be detected early and treated effectively through an annual gynecological check-up that includes a comprehensive set of investigations. A gynecologist consultation before and after testing is essential to ensure everything is in order.

Preparation for the examination
To obtain accurate and conclusive results, please follow the recommendations below:
72 hours (3 days) before testing:
Avoid sexual contact
Do not use vaginal douches, creams, gels, suppositories, tampons, or other intravaginal products
Stop any local vaginal treatment
Schedule the test outside of the menstrual period, ideally on days 10–12 of the menstrual cycle
For bacteriological sampling with antibiogram, it is recommended to consume salty and spicy foods 24 hours before the appointment to activate the vaginal flora
On the morning of the test, come on an empty stomach – do not eat or drink before the investigations
