ECG Holter Monitoring (Ambulatory ECG)
Holter ECG monitoring allows for continuous tracking of your heart’s activity over a period of up to 48 hours — both day and night — capturing any irregularities that may occur during your normal daily routine. The device can be worn for 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours, depending on your doctor’s recommendation.

Throughout the monitoring period, your heart rhythm is recorded continuously, whether you're active, resting, or asleep.

How to prepare for the test:
No special preparation is needed for ECG Holter monitoring. On the day of the appointment, wear comfortable clothing — preferably a shirt or blouse that buttons up at the front. You can eat and drink as usual before the test, and there is no need to stop taking your medication unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
