A urological consultation for men is broader, since in addition to the pathologies of the urinary system in men, the doctor also investigates and treats sexual or reproductive system dysfunctions and the cause of infertility.

After physical examination, the doctor will make a plan of investigations, which can be done during the same visit or, more often, in a subsequent visit: laboratory tests, ultrasound of the urinary and reproductive system organs, high-performance investigations, such as MRI and CT of the abdomen and pelvis.

After establishing a diagnosis, the urologist will prescribe a treatment and make the necessary recommendations.
